Princeton Market Fair

One of Princeton's more upscale shopping centers opened at 9:00 AM this morning, long after most other stores in the area. They seem to be suffering for it.

While parking was near impossible to find around Wal-Mart, Target, and Best Buy, it was easy to find a space here. A handful of people stroll through the atrium-like corridors of the mall, and into and out of the stores. The managers of said stores (all of whom said they could not officially speak to the press– apparently the big bosses don’t like free publicity) say that business is booming. Holiday decorations are everywhere, adding some festive ambiance to the quiet mall. Santa, however, is sitting largely alone with his elves, despite the abundance of young children running through the halls and stores.

Shoppers, presumably weary after the frenzy at other stores, are resting in home decorating shops.
